Is the search fee refundable?

No. The fee pays for a real sourcing run — the work happens whether or not you hire, so it isn't refundable.

Is it credited toward the seat?

No. The search fee and the monthly seat are separate. The fee buys the search; the seat pays for the person once you hire.

What if nobody fits?

Regular includes one free re-search. Premium includes unlimited re-searches for 30 days. We keep sourcing until you have someone worth hiring.

How fast will I see candidates?

Premium: first candidates within 72 hours. Regular: 5–7 days, since we check the existing pool first before launching a campaign.

Where is the talent based?

MENA — specialists trained in agency environments serving US and international clients, working US business hours.

What if I want to hire again later?

Once you've paid for a search even once, you can hire anyone from our existing talent bank with no further search fee — you only pay the seat.
